Our return policy is pretty straight forward:

 

When product is received, we allow returns/exchanges for a 14 day period. The hair has to be unmodified and the tags unopened. If we sent the wrong product, we will pay the cost of return shipping and also refund the initial shipping costs.  If we send the correct product but client wishes to return it, client is responsible for shipping fees. (Please note that in this case we will refund the hair cost only and not the initial shipping cost). We will either exchange or refund depending on what is agreed with the client. This return policy is geared to make sure you can purchase worry free. If you do not like the hair, you can return it. 

 

We do not accept any exchange once the hair is worn/installed/colored/bleached.

 

Once the package is shipped with DHL, UPS, FedEx or USPS, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen in front of your door step. You will have to open an investigation with the courrier to get it resolved.
